Recently, Randall came out to our house to repair some minor issues that have resulted in major improvements. The top of the stairs is not threatening to break off; the metal toilet paper roll is now firmly affixed to the bathroom wall and doesn’t fall to the floor with a loud clang every time you pull on it; and now the entire family can hang their coats on nifty wooden racks instead of tossing them on the floor or the banister. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. We will definitely use them again as the need arises.
