How we use it. We use this information only to provide our handyman services: preparing estimates, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending technician arrival updates and job status, invoicing, and answering your questions.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling and messaging platforms), solely to deliver our services, and never for their own marketing, or when required by law. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Retention. We keep customer records only as long as needed to provide service, maintain job and warranty records, and meet legal or tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
