I needed to have all my appliances pulled out (stove, refrigerator, wine cooler) to plug any holes in the walls to guard against ‘unintended guests’. I also had to have them check behind the baseboards and repair one that had been damaged. I was immediately pleased from the very first interaction via email from the office manager Leah. I had sent a request via the website and she quickly contacted me to clarify the details, provide a quote and set an appointment date. She was very responsive, clear and professional. On my appointment date, I was equally pleased with Randall who was able to complete the work in a quality fashion. He also had a helpful idea for sealing back the baseboards with Velcro to prevent future damage from pulling them off. He was careful with all my appliances and even cleaned out the areas behind them. The next day, Pete the owner followed up to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction.
