There was good communication between Pete and his administrative staff and I while getting the details and scheduling setup. All my questions were answered clearly and in a timely manner. The day of the job both Pete and the contractor arrived a few minutes early to review what would be done and after a quick supply run the job was underway. I was pleased with the outcome and appreciated that both Pete and Luis my contractor really aimed to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. Dealing with Home Hero was a breathe of fresh air compared to a lot of other businesses in the same field. I would highly recommend to others and use them again in the future.
