(From Yelp) We contacted the Home Hero for instillation of hand railings in the stairwells on all 3 floors of our row home and for some dry wall placement over cutouts in our wall. Overall the Home Hero’s customer service was amazing. I received a call back from the ‘side kick’ Leah by the end of the day. Leah booked the owner Pete to come give an estimate for services within a few days. Pete was on-time and very friendly. We received an email with the estimate that same day and booked services the following week. The pricing was fair – and ultimately we were charged under estimate. The handyman Randall was incredibly polite – we have a 6 week old infant at home and Randall let us know when there would be loud noises. The job was completed within 2 days as expected and the finished product was exactly what we asked for. Randall did a fantastic job cleaning up after himself as well – even brought a little vacuum!
We highly recommend the Home Hero and would not hesitate to use them again for future services 🙂
